The Developers/Owners of ACSS have designed and built this brand new first-class facility using “thermal mass” construction where “outsulation” replaces insulation. We have utilized energy efficiency and solid state of the art construction with the following:

When people enter our facility, they walk into 76-degree temperatures and hear music playing in the background. Our entire building and each storage unit is individually alarmed to ensure that our customers and their belongings are secure and being protected. Enhanced security features include computerized access doors, security cameras and intercoms on all three floors to allow customers to easily contact the storage consultant in the office. Each client is issued an exclusive access code allowing them entrance to the facility between the hours of 6:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Air Conditioning is essential when storing most everything in the desert heat of Arizona. Clients have a host of storage items that demand air conditioning, including pharmaceutical samples, collectables, antiques, computer equipment, electronics, leather, candles, wood furniture, delicate fabrics, pianos, books and important documents.

Our office reflects the quality of our building with granite counter-tops, hickory cabinets, two 42-inch wall hung plasma monitors showing our site graphics and security cameras.

Our facility contains three floors within one building with unit sizes range from approximately 5’ x 5’ to 10’ x 25’. We have utility dollies and four-wheel carts to assist our customers with their move in.

We have a small and effective team in the office consisting of one full time non-resident manager and one relief manager. Both have had extensive training in management and software.

Our staff takes great pride in and is dedicated to Customer Service. Our services include: acceptance of deliveries, automatic credit card payments, low cost insurance to protect clients possessions while in storage, and no security deposit. We offer a complete line of boxes, storage and moving supplies.
