We at Air Conditioned Self Storage (T.M.) take pride in our quality built new facility and providing our clients with the best of customer service. Below are answers to our most commonly asked questions. Q: What sizes of units do you offer?

A: We offer a large range of sizes for your storage needs, from 5 x 5 ft. units up to 10 x 25 ft. in size. Please call or stop by to discuss your storage needs, so we can customize an air-conditioned unit just for you.

Q: What is the advantage of air-conditioning?

A: Air conditioning keeps our units at a constant temperature, year round. It does not add moisture to the air, which may cause damage to: wood or leather furniture, paintings, photos, paperwork and electronics. (Such as televisions, computers, etc.)

Q: How long do I have to sign up for?

A: We offer month to month rentals. There’s no need to sign a long term agreement if you don’t need it. However, if you anticipate a long stay with us, we do offer savings for longer term prepayment. We also prorate each client upon move in for your first month’s rent.

Q: Do you charge a security deposit?

A: No we do not. There is a one time minimal administrative fee for our staff to complete the necessary paperwork for your fast and easy move in.

Q: When can I access my belongings?

A: Access for all of our clients is from 6:00am until 9:00pm, 365 days a year.

Q: What hours is your office open?

A: Our office is open and staffed from 9am - 6pm Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm Mondays, closed Sundays for any help you may need.

Q: How secure is your facility?

A: We pride ourselves on our “state of the art” security. Our units are totally enclosed in 1 building with two large loading & unloading areas. This entry point requires you to enter an access code assigned specifically to you for entrance into the building. We have 28 security cameras on site (inside and out) recording to a digital hard drive 24 hours a day. These cameras are also viewable on one of the 42” displays on the office wall. Our storage units are individually alarmed, each requiring a cylinder lock, as they are the most secure locks available. These locks are on display and for sale in our office. You will be the only one with a key to your unit, unless you wish to keep a key on file in the office for deliveries. (We do accept commercial deliveries too.) Stop by the office so we can show you in person how safe and secure your stored items will be.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes, we have discounts for prepayment of accounts, as well as occasional promotional discounts such as free locks, etc.

Q: How can I make a payment?

A: We offer several methods of payment, including accepting checks, cash or a major credit card. For your convenience, we can also set up an automatic monthly credit card payment for your account. Your payment can be made in our office or, once you become a client you can also use the credit card swipe located at the main entrance.

Q: Do you have packing and moving supplies for sale?

A: Yes. We have a merchandise area in our office stocked with supplies you may need for your moving and storage experience such as small to extra large boxes, tape, bubble wrap, sofa and chair covers, mattress bags as well as cylinder locks for your unit.

Q: Do you provide insurance?

A: We do offer insurance to all of our clients. The insurance is through an Insurance Carrier specializing in storage facilities and is very reasonably priced as well.

Q: Can I store my RV / Camper / Car / Boat?

A: Sorry, but no. We do not offer any outside storage. All of our units are contained within one large air conditioned building, featuring three floors and a cargo elevator to access the basement and upper levels. We cannot allow storage of any items containing flammable materials.
